Bicycle Return Policy

You may return a bicycle purchased from Bicycle Sport Shop for a refund or credit within seven days of purchase, except the holiday season when we will accept bicycle returns until January 10th. Bicycle Sport Shop reserves the right to make a full or partial refund based on the condition of the bicycle. We will issue the refund in the same manner the bicycle was purchased. If the bike was purchased with a check we will issue a refund check within 7 business days of the original sale.

Return Policy

We guarantee that any item you purchase from Bicycle Sport Shop will meet your expectations or we will give you an exchange, credit or full refund within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee excludes items used in a manner for which it was not made, abused or installed incorrectly. There are no returns or exchanges allowed on sale items that are marked as such. The original sales receipt is required for any return.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received in and in the original box including all of the packaging and manufactures instructions and information.

Item purchased in-store or online can be returned at any of our five Austin area locations. If you are shipping an item back to us please contact our ecommerce department at [email protected] or 512-605-1397. They will arrange return shipping for your item.

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

It takes 1-2 business days to process an online return after it arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.

Bicycle warranty policy

Bicycle Sport Shop will honor all manufacturer's warranties on frames and forks, which can vary from one year to the lifetime of the original purchaser, against manufacturer's defects. These warranties don't apply to normal wear and tear, abuse or accidents. Bicycle Sport Shop will waive all labor and/or shipping charges that are incurred for any warranty claim made in the first year of ownership.

Equipment, parts and accessories warranty policy

Warranty decisions on these items are many times a judgment call on our part, but we will always give you a generous benefit of the doubt in making such calls. When we believe an item appears to have been abused or used improperly we will say so, but in all other circumstances, you can expect us to go to bat for you with the manufacturer or vendor who supplied us with that item.
